How to Get to Sky Penida Spa, Nusa Penida

From Toya Pakeh or Banjar Nyuh, follow the coastal road toward Ped for around ten minutes, then turn up the hill at the Sky Penida sign leading to the restaurant and spa terrace. Sky Penida Spa is located just above the restaurant, overlooking the ocean and Mount Agung.

From Sampalan, drive west along the coastal road for around twenty minutes toward Ped, then follow the Sky Penida Spa sign up the hill.

Parking for scooters and cars is available on-site, and driver pick-up can be arranged on request with a cost.

Is Sky Penida Spa suitable for divers and post-dive recovery?

Yes, Sky Penida Spa is a great option for divers, with treatments best enjoyed on non-diving days or after an appropriate surface interval. We do not recommend massage immediately after diving. Many divers choose to visit the spa later in their stay, on a rest day, or after completing their final dive, allowing the body time to off-gas naturally. Our treatments are designed to promote relaxation, relieve general muscle tension, and support overall wellbeing in a calm, restorative environment overlooking the ocean.

Do I need to book in advance?

We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, particularly during sunset hours or in high season. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same-day bookings, availability can vary depending on therapist schedules. Booking is quick and easy via WhatsApp, and our team will be happy to help you choose the right treatment and time for your visit.

Yes, Sky Penida Spa is open to both resort guests and visitors staying elsewhere on Nusa Penida. You do not need to be staying at Jukung Dive Resort or Sky Penida Restaurant to enjoy a treatment. Many guests visit the spa as a standalone experience, while others combine their treatment with lunch, dinner, or sunset drinks at the restaurant for a full wellness and dining experience.

Are couples treatments or spa packages available?

Can I have a massage straight after a dive?

For safety reasons, we do not recommend having a massage immediately after diving. After a dive, your body needs time to naturally off-gas dissolved nitrogen. Massage, especially deeper treatments, should be enjoyed after an appropriate surface interval, on a rest day, or once you have completed all planned dives for your stay. Many guests choose to visit Sky Penida Spa later in the day after sufficient surface time, on a non-diving day, or at the end of their dive program.
