Overview

Help your child take their first step towards becoming a certified diver with the PADI Junior Scuba Diver course in Amed and Tulamben.

Designed for children aged 10–14, this entry-level course is a shorter alternative to the full Junior Open Water Diver course. Students complete PADI eLearning, one pool training session and two open-water training dives with one of our experienced PADI Instructors.

Young divers will learn how to use scuba equipment, manage their buoyancy and practise essential safety skills before exploring the colourful reefs of Amed and Tulamben. After successfully completing the course, they will receive a PADI Junior Scuba Diver certification and can dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional.
