You must be at least 12 years old and hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification, or an equivalent qualifying certification. No previous experience diving with Nitrox is required.

The course includes PADI eLearning, practical Nitrox training, two open-water dives using enriched air, professional PADI instruction, full diving equipment, Nitrox cylinders, DAN dive insurance, lunch and certification.

After booking, you will receive access to the PADI Enriched Air Diver eLearning. Complete the theory online at your own pace before arriving. You will learn about oxygen exposure, Nitrox dive planning, equipment considerations and how to use enriched air safely.

Your instructor will teach you how to analyse the oxygen content of a cylinder, correctly label and record the gas mix, calculate its maximum operating depth and set your dive computer for enriched air Nitrox.

Yes. Although the official PADI certification does not require training dives, our package includes two open-water dives using Nitrox in either Amed and Tulamben or Nusa Penida.

The practical training and two included Nitrox dives can normally be completed in one day. The PADI eLearning should be completed before you arrive.
