CORAL RESTORATION
Every healthy reef begins with small actions. Through our partnership with Coral Sense, you can go beyond exploring the underwater world and become part of its restoration.
Spend the day learning from marine conservation specialists, discover how coral restoration helps rebuild damaged reefs, and take part in two guided restoration dives where you’ll contribute directly to ongoing conservation efforts in Amed. Alongside hands-on diving, you’ll enjoy a coral education session, lunch, refreshments and receive a certificate recognising your contribution.
It’s a unique opportunity to leave Bali knowing you’ve not only experienced its incredible marine life, but also helped protect it for future generations.

Every encounter with marine life is a privilege. Whether you’re diving with manta rays at Manta Point or searching for the incredible mola mola at Crystal Bay, our priority is always the wellbeing of the animals and their natural habitat. To help protect Bali’s marine life, we ask all divers to:
- Keep a respectful distance from manta rays, mola mola and all marine life.
- Never touch, chase or ride marine animals.
- Avoid blocking an animal’s path or surrounding it with a group.
- Never feed wildlife or attempt to attract animals.
- Follow your dive guide’s instructions at all times.
By observing responsibly, we can enjoy unforgettable encounters while helping ensure these incredible species continue to thrive in the waters around Amed and Nusa Penida.
PROTECT OUR REEFS. EVERY FIN KICK MATTERS.
Healthy coral reefs are the foundation of Bali’s incredible marine biodiversity, providing a home for thousands of marine species. While coral may look like rock, it is made up of living animals that can take decades to recover from even minor damage. To help protect the reefs of Amed and Nusa Penida, we encourage every diver to:
- Maintain good buoyancy and trim throughout the dive.
- Avoid touching, standing on or holding onto coral.
- Keep fins, gauges and cameras clear of the reef.
- Use reef-safe sunscreen whenever possible.
- Leave shells, coral and marine life exactly where you find them.
By making small changes underwater, every diver can help preserve Bali’s reefs for future generations.
