Jukung Dive Amed
Welcome to Jukung Dive Bali - Our Amed Resort
Welcome to our dive resort in Amed, the area’s first PADI 5-Star Dive Resort (est. 2004), recommended by Lonely Planet, Le Guide du Routard, and Petit Futé. Safety has always been our priority, with top-quality equipment, PADI-certified dive guides, and our own on-site compressor and fully serviced gear.
Amed is a quiet fishing village on Bali’s breathtaking northeast coast, known for its sloping volcanic beaches and clear views of Mount Agung. This peaceful setting, combined with exceptional diving, is why so many guests return to our dive resort in Amed year after year. Divers of all levels are welcome to explore Bali’s best dive sites, including the USAT Liberty Shipwreck at Tulamben, Amed Wall, Jemeluk Wall, and Gili Selang. The area is especially well known for macro and wreck diving, making it a favourite destination for underwater photographers.
Our PADI-certified instructors and dive guides offer both Amed fun dives and the full range of PADI courses, from Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) and Open Water through to Divemaster, all run through our on-site dive centre. We also offer personalised safari packages in the Amed and Tulamben area, as well as combined dive trips to Nusa Penida. Simply contact Jukung Dive Amed with your plans, and we will create a personalised schedule and package to suit your needs.
As a resort, we offer 10 comfortable accommodations, including individual bungalows and rooms, all with private bathrooms, hot water, and air-conditioning. Two pools are available for both dive training and leisure, and our restaurant serves delicious meals after diving or in the evening. Stay and dive with us in Amed and become part of the Jukung family.
Our bungalows are located just behind the Jukung Dive centre on the Congkang hills, overlooking Amed Bay, where you can watch local fishermen heading out and returning with the day’s catch. Visit our rooftop to enjoy sunrise or sunset views over the sea and Mount Agung, away from the more congested areas of Bali. The beach is easy to reach, just a five-minute walk to the peaceful waters of Amed. We look forward to welcoming you to Bali.
